Whether you are single and looking for a new partner or you are in a relationship and are looking for ways to improve it there is something in these monthly workshops for you.
We will be looking at how to build positive relationships with our partners, exploring values and beliefs, managing expectations, effective communication and more.
This session runs on the first Saturday of the Month. Arrive 9:30-9:50 for refreshments and for informal chat.
Every session is different, I will update our blog with what is covered in this session before the date. https://healthywellbeing.wordpress.com
Some of our sessions cover;
• Are your previous relationships holding you back?
• How to find an ideal partner, and where to look.
• How to write a dating profile that works for you.
• Understanding your values and how they impact on your relationships.
• Developing positive relationships to keep a good thing going.
If you arrive after the session has started you will not be admitted as it is disruptive to the flow of the meeting.
