Have You Found Your Life Balance?
Finding balance in your life will change how you feel, how great would it be to feel truly balanced and content with who you are? It many be a a VERY long journey to get there, and finding the right mix of all the different elements is tough but it will be worth it.
It is so easy to keep doing what’s working for you, or what requires the least of you, but that’s rarely the path of satisfaction. Life Coaches often talk about the need to leave your comfort zone but why? Moving out of your comfort zone is a required practice for growth, and as part of that growth process, you come to appreciate even more what you already know you like. It is about pushing yourself in the knowledge that you are no longer willing to accept things as they are and taking action to enable change in what you do, how you do it and what you are willing to accept and tolerate in your life.
In a wonderful way, the experience of evolving and growing, helps you enjoy your lifes journey and existing passions more than ever as you realize they are what matter most.
If you love music how much of it is in your life? Do you take time to relax and enjoy it? Do you enjoy reading, if so how often to you take the time to sit in a quiet room without other distractions and absorb yourself in an enjoyable read? Do you enjoy socialising, if so how often do you really enjoy the company of others doing the things that you really love to do?
Find your life balance and you will find that, more than ever before, everything will just become that much more fun, enlightening and special, because you will not be fighting to feel a certain way, or looking to find something you feel that you may be missing.
